APPLE PIE RECIPE
Gluten free Apple Pie RECIPE

Ingredients of APPLE PIE RECIPE
8 large Apples sliced
1/2 cup Cane Sugar as required
1/2 cup Brown sugar as required
1 tablespoon Corn starch as required
1/4 cup Apple Juice as required
1 1/2 cups Four Flour Bean mix sifted
1 teaspoon Baking powder as required
1 1/2 teaspoons Sugar as required
1 teaspoon Salt as required
1/2 cup Vegetable oil as required
3 tablespoons Milk Cold
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract as required
1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg as required
1 teaspoon Cinnamon as required
1 cup Sweet rice flour sifted

PREPARATION of APPLE PIE RECIPE

Filling for APPLE PIE RECIPE:
8 - 10 large apples... I use cortland peeled, cored and sliced thin
0.5 cups cane sugar
0.5 cups brown sugar
1 tablespoon corn starch
0.25 cup apple juice
mix in large bowl put in fridge while you make two crusts... top/ bottom
1 Crust:
1.5 cups four flour bean mix
1 cup sweet rice flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1.5 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
0.5 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons cold milk or nondairy liquid

Mix in large mixer and roll out use sweet rice flour to roll out flat or just rice flour.

DIRECTIONS of APPLE PIE RECIPE
1.Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
2.Place the bottom crust in your pan. Fill with apples filling, mounded slightly high as apples will cook down. Cover with Top crust.
3.Bake 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Reduce the temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cover with tin foil and continue baking for 35 , remove tin foil 15 minutes, until apples are soft.
