Aunt Dorthy's recipe. YUMMY

Ingredients of Cheesecake
* 1/2 cup Graham cracker crumbs
* 6 tablespoon Melted Butter
* 2 8 oz Cream cheese
* 2 unbeaten Egg yolk
* 2 egg Egg Whites
* 1 8 oz Sour cream
* 1/2 cup Sugar
* 2 tablespoon Real lemon juice
* 1/2 cup Sour cream
* 2 tablespoon Sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
* 1/8 teaspoon Salt

Preparation for Cheesecake

Cheesecake CRUST
Mix the graham cracker crumbs with the 6 tbs. melted butter or margarine. Pat into pan you will be using for cheesecake.

Cheesecake FILLING
Whip both packages of cream cheese until fluffy, add the 2 unbeaten egg yolks one at a time beating well, add sour cream, the 1/2 cup sugar and lemon juice. Mix well. Beat egg whites until it peaks and fold into mixture, pour into crust and bake at 350? for 15 - 20 minutes. Let cool completely.

Cheesecake TOPPINGS
Mix 1 - 1/2 cups of sour cream with 2 tbl of sugar and 1/2 tsp of vanilla and 1/8 tsp salt. Spread on top of pie, bake at 425? for 5 minutes. Let cool then refrigerate overnight or for several hours.
