Christmas Pork Roast
This is a family Tradition for Christmas Dinner and is often cooked along side a veal roast in the same pan - makes excellent gravy for dumplings and potatoes!

Ingredients of Christmas Pork Roast
3 pounds Pork loin roast boneless
2 pounds Veal roast boneless
1 dash Salt to taste
1 dash Black pepper to taste
1 dash Garlic to taste
1 tsp Caraway seeds
2 cups Water to cover botton of pan

Preparation of Christmas Pork Roast
Place roasts in baking pan and cover bottom with just enough water to produce grave and prevent scorching of bottom of roasts (may not be exactly 2 cups as it depends on the size of the pan). Season with the spices to taste (generally we use a lot of pepper and garlic). Season pork roast with caraway seeds). Also get some spices into the water. Bake in 350 oven for 1 to 2 hours until meats are done.
