Susan's Christmas Coconut Surprise Recipe
This is my husband's favorite memory of Christmas in his home.

Ingredients of Susan's Christmas Coconut Surprise Recipe
2 - 12 ounce bags of Flaked Coconut
1 - 16 ounce tub of Fruit Cake Mix
2 Cups chopped Pecans
2 cans cans Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk

Preparation of Susan's Christmas Coconut Surprise
Preheat oven to 350F.

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and press firmly into a Tube Pan.

Bake for 45 - 50 minutes.

Let cool completely before turning out onto plate then cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before cutting.
