Ingredients of Holiday Fiesta Spread Recipe
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese, divided
1 pkg. (1-1/4 oz.) TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Taco Seasoning Mix
3/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/2 cup chopped avocados
2 Tbsp. sliced black olives
1 Tbsp. chopped red peppers
2 WHEAT THINS Original Crackers
RITZ Snowflake Crackers
Preparation of Holiday Fiesta Spread Recipe
1.MIX cream cheese, 1/2 cup shredded cheese and seasoning mix; spread into Christmas tree shape on 10-inch plate. Top with sour cream to within 1/4 inch of edges. Sprinkle remaining shredded cheese around edges. Refrigerate 1 hour.
2.REMOVE cheese spread from refrigerator about 15 min. before serving. Decorate with avocados, olives and peppers to resemble garland, lights and ornaments. Place WHEAT THINS at bottom of tree for the trunk.
3.SERVE with the RITZ Crackers.
