SPICY SAUSAGE BALLS
They are great for parties and snacking.

Ingredients of SPICY SAUSAGE BALLS Recipe
1 pound Owens Hot Sausage
2 cups Bisquick
4 cups Shredded cheddar cheese or Monterrey Jack or mixed
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1 tablespoon Dried sage
1 tablespoon Dried parsley
2 tablespoon Chopped pickled jalapeno
2 ea Green onions chopped fine - use tops
2 tablespoon Water

PREPARATION of SPICY SAUSAGE BALLS Recipe
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray two cookie sheets with non-stick cooking spray. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with your hands. Form into 1 inch balls and place them on baking sheets leaving some space between them so you can turn them over. Bake 15 minutes and then turn them over. Bake an additional 15 minutes and transfer to serving dish. If you have leftovers, they are good reheated in the microwave.
