Chocolate Zucchini Cake III Very moist chocolate cake - great for bundt pans or sheet cakes.

Ingredients of Chocolate Zucchini Cake III
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups white sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 eggs
3/4 cups canola oil
3/4 cups applesauce unsweetened
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups grated zucchini

Method of Chocolate Zucchini Cake III
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan or bundt pan.
2. In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add the eggs, oil, and applesauce mix well. Fold in the zucchini until evenly distributed. Pour into the prepared pan.
3. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes in the preheated oven, until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool cake completely before frosting with your favorite frosting.
