Sharp Cheddar Madelaines

Ingredients of Sharp Cheddar Madelaines
1 cup All purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
2 Eggs
pinch Salt
2 tablespoon Sugar
1/2 cup Milk
4 tablespoons Unsalted butter melted
1 cup Sharp Cheddar grated

Method of Sharp Cheddar Madelaines
Sift together flour, baking powder, cayenne pepper and salt. Mix in grated cheddar.

Beat the eggs and sugar until dissolved. Add milk and melted butter. Mix well.

Combine dry ingredients and fold until dry ingredients are wet.
Fill madelaine pans and bake at 350F (180C) for 10 - 15 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
Cool in pans for 5 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on rack.
