Ingredients of Hi Fiber Oatmeal
1 3/4 cups Water
1 pinch Kosher salt
1 cup Oatmeal
1 tablespoon Maltodextrin
1 tablespoon Flax meal
1 tablespoon Soy protein powder

Method of Hi Fiber Oatmeal
Bring water and salt to a boil. Add oatmeal while stirring then add remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to medium low and cook for at least 5 mins, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat and allow to cool for 2-3 minutes.

Serve with brown sugar, Splenda, or your choice of toppings.
