Bread Machine - Cornmeal Bread

The perfect accompanyment to Southern Style oven fried chicken

2 large Eggs lightly beaten

7/8 cup Milk

3/4 cup All purpose flour

3 teaspoons Baking powder

1/4 cup Butter melted

2 tablespoons Sugar

1/2 teaspoon Salt

3/4 cup Cornmeal

Add ingredients in the order suggested by your machine's manufacturer.

Crust setting is regular, and this is done on the cake cycle.

When machine beeps, push down any ingredients or flour stuck to the sides of the pan, using a rubber spatula.

Proceed as your instruction manual states.
